Either of these two formulas will make a delicious rye bread, light or dark. These are made by the direct-dough method, as opposed to the sourdough method preferred for onion rye and deli rye. Curry Udon is perfect comfort food for cold winter. Quick to make and super filling on a cold day or whenever your in the mood for something quick and hearty.
So if you have ever been in my neck of the woods you probably have heard people gush about this sauce (or restaurant chain). This sauce is a pretty damn good addition to any rice bowl type food or a more hippie style burrito. I had to figure out how to make it myself so I could cut out all the seed oils.
