The simple discipline that turns fragile trading cashflow into a compounding Bitcoin treasury.
Why measuring wealth in dollars distorts incentives and undermines sovereignty.
The 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics confirmed quantum entanglement — a discovery that echoes what ancient wisdom and Scripture have always said: life is profoundly interconnected. From Israel’s covenant to the Body of Christ, freedom is never isolation but belonging. Bitcoin and Nostr embody this same design — sovereign yet entangled, many yet one.
Jack Dorsey’s latest project, BitChat, is a decentralized messaging app that enables communication without internet, cell service, or centralized servers. By using a Bluetooth mesh network, each phone becomes both a user and a relay, allowing messages to hop device-to-device until they reach their destination. With no accounts, no phone numbers, and end-to-end encryption for private chats and password-protected channels, BitChat offers a radically different model of communication, one focused on sovereignty, privacy, and resilience in scenarios where traditional infrastructure fails. However, this independence comes with trade-offs. BitChat’s range is limited to local environments, reliability is “best effort” compared to the smoothness of centralized apps, and the user experience remains minimalistic. While it cannot replace global messengers like WhatsApp or Signal, BitChat represents a powerful complement: an off-grid tool for censorship resistance and emergency communication. In short, BitChat embodies the decentralization ethos, trading convenience for sovereignty, and challenges us to rethink how communication can be built, controlled, and protected.
On October 31st, Bitcoin Whitepaper Day, my book Brick by Brick: Building a Sovereign Life on Bitcoin will be published. It’s a blueprint for sovereignty, showing how fiat corrupts money, food, health, and culture, and how Bitcoin provides the foundation to rebuild. The book unfolds in five parts: from fiat decay to Bitcoin as renaissance, building parallel systems, real-life case studies, and the Sovereign Stack. Part 4 highlights stories of ordinary people living sovereignty in practice: Bram Kanstein - Dutch entrepreneur and builder. Carlo Isolabellart - Italian artist, husband, and educator A European pensioner - proving it’s never too late to embrace Bitcoin and health. I’m still looking for two more voices from people living on a Bitcoin Standard to share their journey. 👉 Pre-order here: amzn.to/4mW2pK4 👉 will be also available via my BTCPay Server with satoshis soon.
Sovereign technology is more than digital freedom — it’s antifragile law. Building on my earlier definition, Bill sharpened the vision: keypairs as property boundaries, markets that collapse and rebuild without permission, and protocols that endure through execution, not metaphor. Sovereign tech is both the human freedom to live without coercion and the hard guarantees that make that freedom durable.
Sovereign Storage redefines data ownership by replacing custodial, account-based storage with cryptographically secured, self-sovereign identity. Just as Bitcoin liberated money, Sovereign Storage liberates data.
A simple Costco run turned into a lesson in the fragility of centralized convenience. Twice, my Zipcar reservation failed — first through a missed confirmation, then through system breakdowns — leaving my wife and me frustrated. But after walking 45 minutes each way to Costco, I was reminded that resilience isn’t about flawless systems, but about having alternatives when they fail.

This article explains why I am convinced of the Victorious Gospel: that Christ will reconcile all things, even through the refining fire of judgment. Far from denying hell, this view takes it seriously as corrective and purposeful. Scripture itself declares Christ as the Savior of all, especially of those who believe now. The “all” is certain, the “especially” is urgent.
