On Friday, July 10, the company priced its U.S. initial public offering at $149 per American depositary share, selling 177.9 million ADSs and raising $26.5 billion — a deal described as “the biggest foreign IPO in US history.” The offer size surpassed Alibaba’s 2014 New York float and was reportedly more than seven times oversubscribed, reflecting intense investor demand for AI‑linked memory suppliers.
