Anthropic Introduces 'Reflect' Feature for Claude Chatbot

Anthropic has launched a new beta feature for its Claude chatbot called "reflect," which provides users with a dashboard to review their AI usage. The tool, likened to Spotify Wrapped, analyzes conversation topics and usage patterns to help users understand and refine how they interact with the AI.
