Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh ones, depending season)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 -2 Medjool date, pitted (depending their size)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond protein powder (optional, for extra lift)
  • 10 raw almonds
  • 1 pinch Bourbon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tbsp tiger nut flakes (Chufa) (optional instead: oat flakes)

Directions

  1. If time permits, soak almonds and chia seeds overnight (see Chef’s Note).
  2. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
