Ingredients
- 10 almonds
- 2 dried pitted plums
- 1 date
- 1 cup water
- 1 handful frozen wild blueberries
- 1 pinch of vanilla or a squeeze lemon juice (optional)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- Seasonal fruits, berries, and crunchy nuts
Directions
- The night before, place almonds, plums, and the date in a bowl covered with 1 cup of water. Let them rest overnight to soften and activate.
- In the morning, pour the contents, including the soaking-water into your blender. Toss in the frozen blueberries and any optional flavour accents. Blend until smooth
- Stir the chia seeds thoroughly into the blended mixture. Allow 30 minutes for the chia to absorb the liquid and create a spoonable texture.
- Pour into your favorite bowl. I recommend arranging the toppings in artistic layers rather than mixing them in, turning your breakfast into a visual delight.
