The Parti Québécois (PQ) has won Quebec’s Oct. 5 election and will form a minority government under leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon. The Quebec Liberals finished second with 40 seats, followed by the Quebec Conservatives with 19 and Québec solidaire with nine.
