Introducing: Wisp on iOS (TestFlight)

Pumped to finally reveal Wisp to our apple friends :wisp_master:

Enjoy features like live streaming, chat rooms, nip17 DMs, one tap zaps and never worry about relay management again thanks to the outbox model.

An extremely huge thank you to @npub1...q4nwx who worked tirelessly for over a month to ensure the app looks beautiful and polished. Thank you Daniel!

This is our very first release to users so please bear with us with bugs and report them all! We’ll get them fixed up ASAP!

You can either import an existing mnemonic, such as from Blitz or Wallet of Satoshi, or generate a default wallet which is derived from your nostr keys, and loads instantly after you log out and back in.

1st Feedback:

  • It freezes occasionally, but also thaws again.
  • if I want to select a whole phrase or a few words together, I can’t pull that bar/dot to mark all I want to. Not sure if I explain myself 😅
    -looks really nice, I think this app is gone take over soon. I’d love to see the article section 📖

Daaamn. It’s requiring me to update to the latest iOS update. I’d rather not go to 26 and chill on 18.7. The glass update isn’t quite a vibe nor do I think it runs well for iPhone 13mini. Anyway to bypass the update requirement?
